Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this Website and the services provided by United Authors Hub ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing this Website or purchasing any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use this Website or our services.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to access this Website or purchase services. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

By submitting an order and/or payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and United Authors Hub, and supersede all prior agreements, communications, or representations.

Definitions

• "Website" refers to all online content available at unitedauthorshub.com.
• "Customer," "You," or "Your" refers to any individual or legal entity placing an order, either directly or on whose behalf an order is submitted.
• "Company," "We," or "Our" refers to United Authors Hub, a company operating under the laws of the United States.
• "Services" or "Products" refers to all services, deliverables, or work products provided by the Company pursuant to an Order.
• "Order" refers to a service request submitted via the Website, phone, or email and confirmed by payment.

Our Services

By placing an Order and/or submitting payment, you are purchasing the Services for personal or business use only. All deliverables are created by independent contractors who assign all intellectual property rights to United Authors Hub prior to delivery.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms prior to placing an Order.

Refund Policy

Clients are encouraged to carefully review this Refund Policy before purchasing services. Refunds are issued only under the conditions outlined below.

Change of Mind

A 100% refund may be issued if a refund request is made before work has commenced on the project.

If a refund request is submitted within one (1) hour of placing the Order and before work begins, the refund will be processed subject to a 15% administrative and processing fee.

Incompetent Delivery

Once Services have been delivered, a refund request will be considered only after all reasonable revision opportunities have been exhausted.

If the delivered work materially fails to conform to documented project requirements, United Authors Hub will provide revisions at no additional cost.

If the Services remain substantially non-compliant after revisions, a partial refund may be issued based on mutual written agreement.

Alternatively, the Company may offer service credits of equivalent value for future use.

Late Delivery

United Authors Hub endeavors to meet all agreed deadlines. A refund related to late delivery may be considered only if:

• The delay is solely attributable to the Company; and
• The client has made at least three documented attempts to obtain delivery or resolution; and
• Documentary evidence establishes Company fault.

Refund Timeframe

All refund requests must be submitted within one hundred twenty (120) days of service delivery.

Refund requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

Clients are responsible for noting applicable refund deadlines at the time of placing an Order.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Minor technical issues, including grammatical errors, formatting discrepancies, word count variations, or missing references (partial refunds or future service credits may be offered at Company discretion).
• Delays caused by the client's failure to provide timely information, approvals, or responses.
• Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences such as writing style, tone, or creative direction.

Communication & Privacy

United Authors Hub respects client privacy and is committed to protecting personal information.

Only information necessary to process Orders and deliver Services is collected.

All personal data is handled in accordance with applicable U.S. privacy laws and the Company's Privacy Policy.

Client information is never sold, rented, or disclosed to unauthorized third parties.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which United Authors Hub is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in the jurisdiction where United Authors Hub is registered.
